PANTRY: FOODS
JAM $9 each
Low-sugar, fruit-forward jams all harvested and canned with love from Faerie Road Farm! Only fruit, sugar & spices. We use plain white cane sugar, about 1/8 the amount used in conventional jams. Our jams are thus less glassy looking and must be consumed within 2-3 weeks of opening. That said they are much easier to consume quickly as they have so much less sugar. As well as the classic use on toast or PBJ sandwiches, these jams are an excellent addition to plain yogurt or as a topping for cereal.

Ruby’s Sinful Fleur de Sel Caramels $1 each while they last
I make these candies just once a year for the holidays. These incredible melt-in-your mouth caramels are made with sugar, maple syrup, butter and heavy cream, no corn syrup! A flavor bomb of sweet and rich. Best eaten immediately as without corn syrup they will crystallize if stored longer than a couple weeks. If that doesn’t bother you, they will last quite indefinitely in the fridge. I am going with my standard flavors again this year, but I am open to flavor suggestions for the future!

Shrubs are sweetened fruit infused vinegar. Made with organic apple cider vinegar. 2025 Flavors: Strawberry Rose, Blackberry Vanilla, Sassafrass
MOONSHINE
Not listed in the shop for obvious reasons, but feel free to inquire.
Honey Wyne (Mead) large $40, Small $25
Local Honeys infused with berries. Well balanced, sweet but not cloying with a good amount of acid in a beautiful bottle.
Plum Wyne large $25 small $17
Brewed from the 2023 bumper crop of Beauty Plums, this wyne is dry and tart with a good fruit forward flavor.
Faerie’s Gold large $25 small $15
Sherry-style fortified wyne. Aged 7 years and only getting better with time. Rich and smoky for cooking or sipping.
Pinot Forte $40
Made from Pinot grapes, lighter and more acidic than normal Port, closer to a Banyuls if you know that style of desert wyne. Quite tasty.
Floral Cordials, Bouquet in A Bottle $10
Cordial means “of the heart” and these are tiny gifts of love to share with a friend in tiny sips. The floral infusions are delicate and subtle and open slowly on the back of the tongue. Vodka infused with flowers from the farm and sweetened with regular cane sugar in a dainty 60ml quadra bottle

Quality red or white wine from my collection infused with yummy flavors from the farm then fortified and lightly sweetened. Traditionally added to white wine (“Kir”) but can also be chilled and sipped straight as a dessert wine.

Bee-Centric BeesWax Candle $10 ONLINE ONLY
In vintage glass. Attached card reads: Every worker bee is a builder at some point in her life. When it is her turn, she develops the capacity to produce wax, which flakes off in scales from her abdomen. The wax in candle was produced by thousands of bees. When spread out into honeycomb it had the capacity to hold more than ten pounds of honey.

WINTER IS COMING. Greet it with style. Real sheepskin collars. Silk velvet binding. It is rare that I want to cut up sheep skins. The first batch came about because torn skins came back from the tannery. That has only happened once. Last year I sacrificed two skins that have been in inventory for awhile.
