Mixology: Vinegar Shrubs

LIMITED QUANTITY!  I just made a small run of shrubs this year with the fruit I had left over from jamming.  Get it while you can! A shrub is a flavorful concentrate that can be mixed with bubbly water or used in cocktails or mocktails for a tastebud zing.  Vinegar is used to extract the taste and aromatics of fruit, herbs and spices and then sweetened.  Shrubs were traditionally used as summer drink to quench thirst and balance the digestion.
