PANTRY: FOODS
JAM $9 each
Low-sugar, fruit-forward jams all harvested and canned with love from Faerie Road Farm! Only fruit, sugar & spices. We use plain white cane sugar, about 1/8 the amount used in conventional jams. Our jams are thus less glassy looking and must be consumed within 2-3 weeks of opening. That said they are much easier to consume quickly as they have so much less sugar. As well as the classic use on toast or PBJ sandwhiches, these jams are an excellent addition to plain yogurt or as a topping for cereal.

Ruby’s Sinful Fleur de Sel Caramels $1 each while they last
I make these candies just once a year for the holidays. These incredible melt-in-your mouth caramels are made with sugar, maple syrup, butter and heavy cream, no corn syrup! A flavor bomb of sweet and rich. Best eaten immediately as without corn syrup they will crystallize if stored longer than a couple weeks. If that doesn’t bother you, they will last quite indefinitely in the fridge. I am going with my standard flavors again this year, but I am open to flavor suggestions for the future!

MOONSHINE
Honey Wyne (Mead) large $40, Small $25
Local Honeys infused with berries. Well balanced, sweet but not cloying with a good amount of acid in a beautiful bottle.
Plum Wine large $28 small $16
Brewed from the 2023 bumper crop of Beauty Plums, this wine is dryer and tarter than the honey wine with a good fruit forward flavor.
Faerie’s Gold large $25 small $15
Sherry-style fortified wine. Aged 7 years and only getting better with time. Rich and smoky for cooking or sipping.
Pinot Forte $35
A port made from Pinot grapes, lighter and more acidic than normal Port, closer to a Banyuls if you know that style of desert wine. Quite tasty.
Floral Cordials, Bouquet in A Bottle $10
Cordial means “of the heart” and these are tiny gifts of love to share with a friend in tiny sips. The floral infusions are delicate and subtle and open slowly on the back of the tongue. Vodka infused with flowers from the farm and sweetened with regular cane sugar in a dainty 60ml quadra bottle

I have been trying to discontinue my line of tinctures, but I just keep making them. I have limited quantities of red dot (discounted) tinctures from previous years and a selection of my favorite tinctures from 2024 (regular price), including my new REST EASY BLEND. Coming in 2025 I will be offering a small series of wellness blends instead of a whole range of individual plant tinctures. For many years I have enjoyed making simple, roughy hewn soaps, packaged in wax paper and cloth bags. If you prefer this style I have limited quantities left from 2023. New for 2024 I have started experiementing with making fancier decorative soaps. So fun! The new soaps are the same natural high quality base and same delightful scents, colored with micas. They are a bit more work to make and priced accordingly. Enjoy!

Sheep Skins
Looking for something outrageous to gift a loved one who has everything? With next to skin soft fleece and supple leather these pelts from our farm are also washable (with some care) and will last a lifetime. What do you do with a pelt? They can be thrown on a bed, chair or couch, used as a bedside or fireside rug, hung on the wall or hoarded in a treasure chest. Sheep skins are also a traditional baby gift as wool is hypoallergenic and safe for babies. Pelts currently available with pricing can be seen HERE. For the first time I am offering a few of my tiny lamb skins. These are skins salvaged from lambs that didn’t make it…most in their first few days. In an effort to utilize as much as possible and not let these precious lives go to waste, I skin and dry the pelts for tanning. I realize some may find this gruesome, but it is farm life. YARN
I have been spinning and have my usual random selection of yarn this year. There’s quite a bit of luxury fiber angora/merino and alpaca/merino 50/50 yarns, some 100 % baby alpaca from an animal I sheared a couple years back, and fresh custom spun 100% wool skeins from my flock in white, grey and brown as well as handspun merino skeins from purchased wool. Bulk packs are gorgeous but don’t photograph well.. If you love yarn I would love you to have some and glad to text you more photos.
